Panaji: Himanshu Ñehra played a key role as Manas Panjim Gymkhana beat Desserts NMore Geno Sports Club by 46 runs in the Goa Cricket Association’s Goa Premier League at Panjim Gymkhana Ground here on Thursday.
Himanshu, who failed to contribute much in the first innings, scored a valuable unbeaten 51 runs in the second inning before picking up 5/64 to inspire Manas PG to a hard-fought victory.
Elsewhere, Priority Construction MCC got the better of Dempo CC by 2 wickets; while Chowgule SC inflicted a crushing 225-run loss on Salgaocar CC.
