Panaji: Just Cricket Academy emerged victorious in the final of the 6th edition of All India Bhikoo Pai Angle Memorial U-15 Invitational Cricket Tournament, in Margao.
Just Cricket Academy beat TSCA-Hubli by 7 wickets to clinch the championship. Adv. Amey Prabhu Dessai was the Chief Guest and gave away the prizes.
Winning the toss, Just Cricket Academy opted to field first. TSCA could manage 179/8 in 45 overs. Only Atreya Bhat 79 not out put strong resistance with Shubh M (40) supporting him well. Nidhish C (2/17), Devanjan (2/37) bowled well.
In reply, Just Cricket cruised to the target in 37 overs with seven wickets in hand, due to an unbeaten partnership of 142 runs between Bharat C. (79 not out) and Hreehan (60 not out). Shubh M. (2/27) bowled well for TSCA.
